{enjoy the view} D-I-Y Multi-strand Bracelet

I finally got around to making a bracelet with some of the goodies I bought at Consumer Crafts, and I thought I'd share it with you! I really like those multi-strand bracelets that are popular right now - the ones where they braid fabric, ribbon, different-sized chains, beads, etc.

I have to say that this one required a lot more thought...and work.

I had to decide which strands to combine,

restring them on beading wire and attach cord ends...

attach jump rings to both ends, then attach the jump rings to one end of the clasp.

I loosely braided the strands,

(Each of the three grouping you see here has a single jump
ring at the top and bottom, essentially making all of the
strands a single strand that can be attached to the clasp.)

then attached the jump rings to the other end of the clasp.

I admit, it took me several days - not to assemble - just to decide what to use! But I'm pretty pleased with the results, and even have a few ideas for more bracelets. It's an addiction!

Note: The ribbon was tightly tied directly to the jump ring
