The Adventures of Gus and Kim: Festa Italiana 2013!

This past weekend some of my family came down for a visit, and we all went to the Festa Italiana! Gus and I try to go every year, and the kids have been there before, but this was the first year for my mom, sister, and nephews.


The food is always outstanding. My favorite is prime rib cannelloni - as a matter of fact, I think it was the all 'round favorite. Which probably explains why we had 8 servings, but no one took any pictures. Hey, it's delicious!! My second favorite is the rigatoni with meatballs. Um, sorry. No pictures of that either. Oops!

I did manage to get a picture of the cannoli. If you've never had cannoli, you seriously need to try it ASAP. But make sure it was made a little Italian nonna (grandma).
