I hope y'all are able to spend time with your families this week, even if it's just over the phone. My family and I have so much for which to be thankful. We've been blessed in many ways, and this holiday season, we're hoping to be able to give something back to our community. Gus and I are members of our HOA Board, and our subdivision will be adopting a local family for Christmas. Our own family will be taking part in a program that helps senior citizens who are alone and have unmet needs. So I encourage you, if you have something to be thankful for this year - pay it forward. During the next four weeks, find a way to help someone who is less fortunate than yourself. Be anonymous, and do it because it's the right thing to do. That's the reason for the season!

PLEASE READ & FOLLOW DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY

1) Re-tweet and favorite your HOSTESSES' and FEATURED BLOGGER'S tweets. You can even comment if you want! (first 4 links). Yes, before you even link up your own tweet, please show your thanks to your hostesses.

2) Link up 1 recent Tweet. That's a TWEET - not your Twitter account or a direct link to your blog post!!

(How? Go to your Twitter profile page, choose the tweet you want to add to the link party, click on any white space around the tweet (this will open it in a page by itself), copy the tweet URL, click on the blue "add your link" button, and paste that URL into link party.)

3) Favorite and re-tweet (and add a comment if you want!) at least the 2 links in front of yours. This way everyone will get Twitter Love! One of hostesses will make sure the last two links are retweeted and favorited.
