I was looking for a dessert to take this year and found this on Pinterest. It originally came from Brandy's Baking blog, and you can find the recipe here.
I pretty much followed the recipe exactly except that I used a slightly larger pan and made a little more cheesecake filling to make up for the larger pan.
And the final results!
The original recipe said it made 9-12 servings. Because I used a larger pan and cut them into smaller squares, I was able to get 32 squares.
The verdict: sort of Pin-worthy. They were easy to make. I'm not a huge cheesecake fan (I made these so I wouldn't be tempted to eat the dessert all by myself, LOL!), so I'm probably not a good judge of the taste. But to be perfectly honest, I thought the graham cracker crust was too thick and dry (and I even used a larger pan with the same amount of crumbs) - and kind of bland. I also thought the cookie dough topping was a little dry. But again, I'm probably not the best judge on taste. I think I just expected them to be moister - more like a sliver of cheesecake with some cookie dough on top.
