During the summer, you can almost always find me in a dress. One of my favorite dress styles is the sheath. It's a flattering style that mos body types can wear, it's easily dressed up or down, and it's a timeless classic.
The sheath dress here is by Michael Kors and sells for $242. A little pricey, IMO, but I do so love it! Luckily, this dress style is pretty easy to find: a striped version from Old Navy, an eyelet shift from Old Navy (I have this and it is one of my favorite new dresses!), a cute patterned version from JCPenney, and a geometric patterned version from Kohl's.
And how about these shoes?? Nine West is one of my favorite shoe brands - and I love these cute sandals! They're sold out on the Nine West site, but 6pm.com still has them!
The Fossil bag is a perfect match for the shoes, and it's in the Pantone color for spring/summer - Radiant Orchid! It sells for $128, but there are a couple of less expensive versions here and here.
Because of the bold geometric pattern of the dress, I paired it with simple jewelry. The silver link bracelet sells for less than $8 and the earrings for less than $4, both at Forever 21; the Nine West watch is on sale for $37 at Macy's.
And as an added bonus, Gus loves it when I wear dresses - especially when I add heels. :-)
Who else loves wearing dresses in the spring/summer?
